The Specialist shall also be responsible for managing the full life cycle development to customize and enhance Siebe lCRM Application (Ver. 8), Oracle Service Bus, OSM including detailed design,configuration, documentation, testing, and deployment<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0CRM Developer Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate the process of cost and effort estimation of new<br \/>\nfeatures and applications for delivering new solutions<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the end-to-end solutions design effort for<br \/>\ncomplex solutions requirements in conjunction with the design authority,<br \/>\ndelivery management, and operational teams within the technology organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Write or contribute to design documents which are in-line with the architectural guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop new functionalities on Seibel CRM to suit business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Application Architecture:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales &amp; Activation Domain &amp; systems (CBU, EBU, FBU, Vodafone Cash<\/li>\n<li>Define application\u2019s Architecture, in line with guidelines, and support the E2E Architecture<\/li>\n<li>Freelancer and Retail Systems<\/li>\n<li>Provisioning &amp; Activation systems (SIM Reg)<\/li>\n<li>Products &amp; Tariffs<\/li>\n<li>Campaign Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solution Design, Development &amp; Functional<br \/>\nTesting:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solution design<\/li>\n<li>Low Level Design<\/li>\n<li>Internal development<\/li>\n<li>Retail (in-store) &amp; Sales Application<\/li>\n<li>Engagement and management of development partners, vendors &amp; 3rd parties<\/li>\n<li>Execution of all the testing levels and acceptance tests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Maintenance of application &amp; packages:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Application Maintenance (3rd level) supporting the<br \/>\nIT Operations and Product Service Operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Software &amp; E2E product quality delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Faster Time to Market<\/li>\n<li>Better Quality<\/li>\n<li>Higher Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Lower costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge,<br \/>\nSkills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong technological background, with qualification in Computer Science or similar technical discipline<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years\u2019 experience of supporting and developing Applications<\/li>\n<li>Technical hands-on experience coding and providing technical design architecture for one or more of the following technologies:\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Net programming with C# and\/or VB.Net<\/li>\n<li>CSS\/JavaScript\/HTML5 frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap,<br \/>\nAngular, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Relational databases Oracle MSQL and SQL Server<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of XML, XQuery, SQL IT<br \/>\nCertifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must possess at least one of the following Professional\/vendor certification(s):\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Dynamics Customization and<br \/>\nConfiguration<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experienced knowledge of end-to-end business and IT processes related to Siebel and other CRM applications.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand the business requirements and convert<br \/>\nthem into solution designs<\/li>\n<li>Experience in network and architecture design, systems integration and quality assurance testing<\/li>\n<li>Solid technological background, with qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Must have Application Support experience and strong<br \/>\nproblem solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess strong Experience in delivering application solutions based<br \/>\non agreed user requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of client\/server<br \/>\narchitecture in on-premise, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS Architectures;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate understanding of Agile development<br \/>\nmethodology;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with any version control Tool like<br \/>\nBitbucket and Git;<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)<\/li>\n<li>Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Programmer<\/li>\n<li>Salesforce Advanced Developer<\/li>\n<li>Siebel Core Consultant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The CRM Developer Specialist shall report directly to the CRM &amp; Revenue Management Systems Manager, to analyse, design, plan,develop, configure and Implement solutions in the Siebel CRM interface.
