In this role, you will be responsible for the financial and commercial performance of delivered customer support services. You will also ensure that agreed margins are achieved whilst delivering Service Level Agreement fulfillment and customer happiness. The role also includes leading the customer network support engineers\u2019 team and working closely with the competence centers, global support, and product line maintenance teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Service Delivery Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with and secure customer contract fulfillment<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate and maintain relationships<\/li>\n<li>Distribute information to internal partners and call out delivery Issues<\/li>\n<li>You will stay up to date with financial data<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: A bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering (IT or Telecom)<\/li>\n<li>Min years of experience: 5 + years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Market insight<\/li>\n<li>Financial analysis skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and argumentation<\/li>\n<li>You possess PROPS-C process and hardware services knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Change and improvement management skills<\/li>\n<li>You have strong business understanding and Ericsson business knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Financial acumen and skills<\/li>\n<li>You will promote knowledge sharing and mentoring<\/li>\n<li>Trade compliance knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for delivering results &amp; meeting customer expectations<\/li>\n<li>You will drive Entrepreneurial &amp; Commercial Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Leading &amp; Supervising<\/li>\n<li>Deciding &amp; initiating action<\/li>\n<li>You are capable of coping with pressures &amp; setbacks<\/li>\n<li>Promote networking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Very good leadership and management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent social skills and strong customer orientation<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and teammate.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Why is Ericsson a great place to work?<\/p>\n<p>Ericsson enables communications service providers to capture the full value of connectivity.
