The company is growing rapidly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><em>The company wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to Plan, Direct and Control the divisional activities.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Basic Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Overseeing the work of the estimators of the company<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to do extractions and calculate material quantities<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing measurement taking especially long distance jobs<\/li>\n<li>Inspect and present report on projects undertaken by the company on weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Shall channel the problems facing field workers to the Business Development Manager<\/li>\n<li>Shall be in charge of training new estimators<\/li>\n<li>Any other duty that may be assigned<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong> Competitive and exciting starting salary for position&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Must have an HND or degree in Building Technology<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of five (5) years working experience in the roofing industry, including a supervisory role<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate<\/li>\n<li>A professional degree in Marketing will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, prioritize work effectively, be responsive to schedules and work well under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Must be proactive and\u00a0 be willing to take initiative<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with and lead teams<\/li>\n<li>Must have verifiable references<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Age Requirement: <\/strong>Must be 35 years or above<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Applicants must submit application letter together with curriculum vitae with two (2) references and copies of relevant certificates to the address below:<\/p>\n<div>\n<strong>The General Manager<br \/>\nAsadtek Industries Limited<br \/>\nP.
