\n\u2022 Work in conjunction with stakeholders for preparation of budget estimates
\n\u2022 Develop and promote mechanisms to support and monitor the financial performance of all departments
\n\u2022 To collate and prepare periodic financial reports for the hospital
\n\u2022 To ensure the timely transfer of GOG and external donor funds to all levels
\n\u2022 To provide financial management innformation
\n\u2022 Develop and promote efficient and effective accounting systems within the hospital
\n\u2022 To provide effective cost management systems and ensure the proper control and valuation of stocks held by the Ghana health service
\n\u2022 Institute financial management policies, systems and controls to safeguard assets of the service, assure accountability and promote efficiency
\n\u2022 Assure the integrity, completeness and timeliness of financial data from all divisions and units
\n\u2022 Undertake physical verification of stocks and accounts in any unit of the hospital at any time
\n\u2022 Responsible for financial information management systems department<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must have a minimum of experience with a minimum of 15 years related experience, 5 years of which must be in senior position
\n\u2022 A broad knowledge base and experience of health sector policies and operating procedures
\n\u2022 Knowledge and experience of quality assurance
\n\u2022 Knowledge in coordinating and implementing research and development programmes
\n\u2022 Experience in project financing, planning and appraisal
\n\u2022 Evidence of leadership and continuing professional development and training<\/p>\n
