\n\u2022 Develop and implement systems to adhere to clinical governance and infection control systems consistent with national, bilateral and international expectations
\n\u2022 Provide support, monitor and evaluate programmes and projects in collaboration with the relevant medical colleges and other stakeholders with a view to promoting clinical care effectiveness and efficiency
\n\u2022 Develop and implement systems for review of clinical care interventions, financing and resource (human and infrastructure) allocation strategies and its impact on access, quality and efficiency
\n\u2022 Lead in the development and management of clinical are information systems as a decision support system, made accessible to all departments and stakeholders for effective decision-making
\n\u2022 Develop, and implement appropriate clinical care field programmes and projects and ensure programmes effectiveness and sustainability
\n\u2022 Supervise the provision of technical support for diagnostic services
\n\u2022 Undertake periodic review of the activities of the medical services of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital and that of its programme implementation partners in the area of clinical care
\n\u2022 Ensure the design and application of support, monitoring and evaluation systems for purposes of assessing and improving the operational effectiveness medical services in the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 7 years of post fellowship work experience in a reputable hospital
\n\u2022 At least a certificate in hospital management, planning and management or public administration<\/p>\n
