\n\u2022 Forecasts occupancy fluctuations and directs selling activities of maximise revenues
\n\u2022 Create a focus on attracting new businesses
\n\u2022 Responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs
\n\u2022 Must be updated with the factors that influence the hotel industry and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of a hotel\u2019s customers
\n\u2022 Must identify factors that shape the hotel\u2019s appeal to customers and put in place measures to maintain existing customers<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience in negotiating and managing transactions from origination through to closure
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
\n\u2022 Highly self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Word\/Excel\/PowerPoint
\n\u2022 Be reasonably available to meet demands of the business as required
\n\u2022 Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales\/marketing\/hospitality profession
\n\u2022 A minimum of 5 years work experience at a managerial level<\/p>\n
