\n\u2022 Ability to oversee risk management and control management to maximise operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance
\n\u2022 Strong sense of commitment to compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
\n\u2022 Determination of internal audit scope and developing annual audit plans
\n\u2022 Must possess collaborative and organisational skills neede to obtain, analyse and evaluate nencessary accounting documentation, organisation wide reports, data, flowcharts etc
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills to present reports that reflect audit\u2019s results and document the process
\n\u2022 Accessibility and ability to act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and achievement of goals
\n\u2022 Attention for details including ability to identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings strategies
\n\u2022 Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
\n\u2022 Excellent written skills, must ensure documentation of all audit processes, preparation and report of all audit findings
\n\u2022 Ability to focus and must conduct follow up audits to monitor management\u2019s interventions
\n\u2022 Must undertake continuous professional learning and skills development regarding sector rules regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
\n\u2022 Ability to work with and manage a team<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must be a fully qualified chartered accountant and with an ACCA, CA or CPA certification
\n\u2022 A minimum of 5 years experience as an internal auditor or Senior Auditor in a reputable audit firm
\n\u2022 Advanced computer skilss including MS Office, accounting software, and presentation skills
\n\u2022 Ability to consistently and accurately analyse large amounts of data and to compile detailed, clear reports
\n\u2022 Proven working knowledge of all applicable auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and industry regulations
\n\u2022 High degree of integrity, objectivity and aptitude regarding attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
\n\u2022 Must demonstrate a professional approach and attitude toward work
\n\u2022 Must demonstrate leadership skills and make sound independent principled judgments
\n\u2022 Age Requirement: 28 to 40 years<\/p>\n
