It has been licensed by the Bank of Ghana and acts as a &#8216;Mini Central Bank&#8217; for the Rural and Community Banks (RCBs).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the auspices of the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), applications are invited from suitably qualified person for the Rural Banks Computer Operations Centre, under the Ghana Rural Bank Computerization and Interconnectivity Project (GRBCIP).<\/p>\n<p><strong>This position holder will:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Report to the Manager in charge of the Help Desk and will be responsible for all help desk issues<br \/>\nReceive IT Support request from end-users and System Administrators of RCBs, log the request, and liaise with the Technical support team to resolve issues<br \/>\nGenerate regular reports on all outstanding issues that need to be resolved<br \/>\nEnsure end-users receive excellent IT customer service<br \/>\nProvide feedback to users on issues logged with the helpdesk, etc<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum of a Diploma in Business Studies (Secretarial Option) or its equivalent<br \/>\nAt least 1 year post qualification experience in HELPDESK DUTIES preferably in a banking environment<br \/>\nFamiliarity with Temenos T24 Banking Software application is desirable.
