{"id":34168,"date":"2018-11-07T11:07:10","date_gmt":"2018-11-07T11:07:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=34168"},"modified":"2018-11-07T11:07:10","modified_gmt":"2018-11-07T11:07:10","slug":"total-family-health-organisation-vacancies-2018-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/total-family-health-organisation-vacancies-2018-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Total Family Health Organisation Vacancies 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TFHO is a local Social Marketing Organisation that promotes healthier lives by providing quality health commodities.<br \/>\nTFHO currently focuses on socially marketed family planning commodities, Water Sanitation and Hygiene commodities, as well Maternal and Child Health commodities.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0 Obstetrician\/Gynecologist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why the Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of initiatives to create awareness and demand for our socially marketed commodities, TFHO requires the services of an Obstetrician Gynecology to provide quality family planning\/ reproductive Health information during SBCC activities(Secure Girls Talk) .<\/p>\n<p>This SBCC activity is aimed at empowering young women to have autonomy over their reproductive health as well as creating brand awareness amongst the target population<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lead discussions and provide technical information as well as education during consumer engagements<\/li>\n<li>Provide evidenced based information to erase all myth and misconception about family planning.<\/li>\n<li>Provide family planning\/reproductive health information that is population specific<\/li>\n<li>Support TFHO with technical ideas to make SBCC activities better.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key competencies required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a licensed Medical Practitioner with a specialty in Obstetrics and Gynecology of at least 5years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Must be working for Ghana Health Service<\/li>\n<li>Must be abreast with current trends in Family planning\/reproductive Health issues<\/li>\n<li>Must have interest in outreach programs<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Engagement Duration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>12 months<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates should send a cover letter and CV via email with the subject Anchor to procurement@tfhoghana.org before November 6, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TFHO is a local Social Marketing Organisation that promotes healthier lives by providing quality health commodities.
