Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Senior General Accountant<\/strong><\/p>\n Role & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n We are looking for a Senior General Account Specialist, that will join our Finance Administration department, being responsible for the general ledger of our Business in Ghana.<\/p>\n The related transactions but not exhaustive are:<\/p>\n \u2013 Travel expenses<\/p>\n \u2013 Prepaid expenses<\/p>\n \u2013 Operating expenses (rental fees, energy (electricity, fuel & gas and water supply costs, etc.)<\/p>\n \u2013 Organize the filing of the supporting documents<\/p>\n \u2013 Manage the petty cash (ensure the postings of all the transactions on a timely basis and work in accordance with the procedures in place)<\/p>\n \u2013 Prepare and pay for the various taxes and social security charges, ensuring correct credit of the same in all managed companies.<\/p>\n \u2013 Ensure that all the taxes are declared and paid on time,<\/p>\n \u2013 Be aware of all the tax risks and work accordingly<\/p>\n \u2013 Report all the relevant tax issues identified systematically to the direct report<\/p>\n \u2013 Prepare and control the inter-company invoices and accounts to adjust the internal billing situation of services between companies of the GBFOODS.<\/p>\n \u2013 Reconcile on a monthly basis the inter- company accounts<\/p>\n \u2013 Review all the differences noted and liaise with Corporate team<\/p>\n \u2013 Post all the relating adjustments<\/p>\n Requisitos:<\/p>\n -Academic requirements: Superior level vocational training in accounting<\/p>\n -Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position<\/p>\n -Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Tax, Treasury very desirable<\/p>\n -Tool\/ Software: Good knowledge of SAP- FI (General accounting, Account payables, Customers, Banks, \u2026)<\/p>\n -Ability to work under pressure with good communication skills<\/p>\n -Rigorous, autonomous, innovative and proactive<\/p>\n -Language: English<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Enjoying together around good food\u201d defines the essence of GBfoods.
