As Content Activation Specialist you will be working on managing and optimizing the activation of all stores in our marketplace to ensure growth goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Content Activation Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a candidate highly motivated, extremely organized, detail-oriented, problem solver, with strong interpersonal abilities, who can find creative solutions to complex problems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You Will<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage the activation of new partners in Ghana<\/li>\n<li>On-board new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working<\/li>\n<li>Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers<\/li>\n<li>Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product improvement<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a good relationship with our partners<\/li>\n<li>Create the necessary reports to monitor key activation and content metrics, providing visibility to HQ and the local team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small<\/li>\n<li>Organized and detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English.
