\n\u2022 Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
\n\u2022 Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
\n\u2022 Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
\n\u2022 Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
\n\u2022 Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
\n\u2022 Review reports on incidents and breaches
\n\u2022 Investigate and resolve issues
\n\u2022 Create reports for management on security status
\n\u2022 Ensure all escalation procedures are followed
\n\u2022 Inspect posting and ensure security personnel are onsite
\n\u2022 Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)
\n\u2022 In addition to the above responsibilities, you will carry out such other duties as the Company reasonably directs from time to time.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
\n\u2022 Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
\n\u2022 Solid understanding of budgeting and data analysis
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of MS Office
