Collaborating with global leading manufacturers, E.P.S. delivers high quality products, with advanced value adding technologies and technical support to its clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accounts Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of Accounts Officer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Operations\/Duties :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>General Accounting Records<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze invoices, get approval from appropriate authorities,and record them to the appropriate accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Daily ensuing that all entries are rightly allocated<\/li>\n<li>Recording of Bank payments, relating to the company\u2019s suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Regular update of invoices issued in both to Suppliers &amp; Tarkwa branch for all customer purchases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Account Payable<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring of suppliers account and ensuring that payment are done on time.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange for payment to suppliers both local &amp;
