Such solution will be deployed cross all customers in MMEA region. This role will support customer to design group solutions and take a role of solution architect in delivery projects. Business analyst will engage Business Area counterpart to ensure solution is aligned with Ericsson Wallet Platform product best practices and roadmap.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Business Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Tasks<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with customer to build a solution based on the received demands and URS document<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to support OPCO Business Analyst in terms of solution design and education and competence build up.<\/li>\n<li>Organize Requirement gathering workshop to ensure all business requirements are captured as input towards Quick study execution by DU, CAC and HUB CSI.<\/li>\n<li>Support Account Manager and Business Development Manager in material preparation around MTN Platform Roadmap with focus on OPCO specific use cases.<\/li>\n<li>Support HUB MFS Manager to build OPCO Deployment Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Builds HLD\/LLD and ensures sign off from MTN respective stakeholder as part of Demand Technical Governance.<\/li>\n<li>Educate OPCOs counterpart on MTN MoMo Platform Service catalog.<\/li>\n<li>Regular gap analysis of use cases and capabilities based on Service catalog versus what is being used to identify growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Regular analysis of use cases and capabilities that are not generating revenue or usage is showing constant decline trend.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper routing of demand requests through demand management process, enablement request process or Service Request (MS).<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for technical outcome of the demands.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and External financial auditing<\/li>\n<li>Support Head of Mobile Money technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Technology or Economics, preferably MSC, MBA or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Experience in Fintech\/Mobile Money and EWP 5+ years<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Mobile Money Solution Architecture and design of use cases 3+ years<\/li>\n<li>Previous BSS or adjacent areas experience required<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with focus on team performance<\/li>\n<li>Result oriented with customer first attitude<\/li>\n<li>Can handle stressful and ambiguous situations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with strong drive and initiative, collaborative, relating and networking<\/li>\n<li>Track record as a leader and the ability to work independently preferably with a well-established contact network<\/li>\n<li>Outgoing personality that finds it easy to cooperate and establish relationships across organizational boundaries and in a global environment<\/li>\n<li>Good at handling resource planning and competence development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why is Ericsson a great place to work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ericsson enables communications service providers to capture the full value of connectivity.
