The role requires you to be an exceptional engineer who is keen to lead other engineers.\u00a0You will work with Product Managers, Engineers and DevOps Engineers to ensure we have a user-friendly and efficient system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Software Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage a team of engineers<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and coach other engineers<\/li>\n<li>Design and build software in line with the company\u2019s objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain software by fixing bugs, and performance issues identified;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features;<\/li>\n<li>Tackle some of the most challenging problems in distributed computing, real time communications, HTTP, and data persistence.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the success of Agile software process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving, research and debugging skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to coach\u00a0engineers<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead engineers on multi-faceted projects<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to think \u201cuser-first\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and OO design.<\/li>\n<li>Strong foundation in web and native user interface technologies.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years Cumulative Experience in C# (preferred), Java, or other C-like object oriented language<\/li>\n<li>4+ years Cumulative Experience working with Mission-Critical Systems<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of any database management system (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgresql, Mysql)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to builds effective relationships through positive communication, honesty and trust;<\/li>\n<li>Embrace creativity, innovation and are\u00a0open to new ideas. Innovates to improve current working practices \/ products \/ technologies to provide business opportunities and results;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically and apply principles in day to day functioning;<\/li>\n<li>High on Execution and deadline driven.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working on critical infrastructure and desire to drive a product forward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Senior Engineers grow teams and inspire them to contribute quality work.
