\n\u2022 Ensure reservations for accommodation and conferences are done efficiently
\n\u2022 Ensure monthly supplies are procured, supervise to ensure inventory procedures are followed accordingly
\n\u2022 Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained and continuously improved
\n\u2022 To liaise with the Finance Manager to prepare and manage the annual budget
\n\u2022 Write weekly & promote a positive image of GILLBT and market GILLBT products & Guesthouse
\n\u2022 Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
\n\u2022 Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Acceptance to GILLBT\u2019s basis of faith
\n\u2022 Result-oriented
\n\u2022 Ability to prepare annual budgets and financial plans
\n\u2022 Ability to project sales targets for profitability
\n\u2022 Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and question information received
\n\u2022 Practical understanding of good customer services
\n\u2022 The ability to empathise and communicate with a diverse range of individuals
\n\u2022 Ability to work in\/with a team
\n\u2022 Ability to use own initiative, prioritise workload and work effectively without supervision
