\n\u2022 Participate in developing processes and checklists
\n\u2022 Participate in tax marketing activities including writing educative articles
\n\u2022 Supervise other staff<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good communication skills \u2013 written and spoken
\n\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
\n\u2022 Strong computer skills (proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and ability to apply IT knowledge to resolve tax issues<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Be affiliated to an accounting professional body e.g ACCA or ICAG
\n\u2022 Be a member of student (Final level) of the chartered institute of Taxation (Ghana)
\n\u2022 Have worked in the tax environment<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Educational support towards certification
\n\u2022 Mentoring from various professionals in the firm<\/p>\n
