\n\u2022 Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
\n\u2022 Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
\n\u2022 Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
\n\u2022 Liaise among different departments to ensure teamwork
\n\u2022 Work with managers to implement the company\u2019s policies and goals
\n\u2022 Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
\n\u2022 Supervise and motivate a team of workers
\n\u2022 Review worker performance

\n\u2022 A Master\u2019s degree in Engineering or a related field will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Proven experience as production manager in manufacturing company
\n\u2022 A knowledge in shea nuts processing will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Experience in production, processing with dexterity and computers
\n\u2022 Ability to read and comprehend operating instructions
\n\u2022 Knowledge in MS Office, ERPs etc
\n\u2022 Critical thinking and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Organisation and efficiency
