Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Communications & PR Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 The main purpose of this position is to manage the information resources of ActionAid (AA) Ghana by facilitating the effective communication between AA Ghana and the external public and ensuring high brand visibility of the organization. Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Must have at least a Bachelor\u2019s Degree and a membership of relevant professional body with at least 10 years of work experience in the development sector of which 5 must be at a senior management position or a Second Degree with at least 5 years\u2019 working experience.<\/p>\n TECHNICAL (State core job knowledge \/skills required for successful execution of the job).<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Corporate reputation management, MANAGERIAL (State core managerial knowledge\/skills required for successful execution of the job)<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 People management skills PERSONALITY (State core personal attributes required for successful execution of the job)<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
\n\u2022 The post holder will also work in close consultation with ActionAid International Communications Team to ensure effective public communication within the Ghana Programme and with other ActionAid Countries and Communication Units.
\n\u2022 The position has responsibility for working with the Fundraising Unit to build AAG\u2019s brand image for fundraising.<\/p>\n
