\n\u2022 Provide technical guidance and develop training curricular and materials for capacity building interventions for health service providers and partner staffs
\n\u2022 Lead and deliver the organization\u2019s quality assurance goals and become the focal person for clinical trainings and clinical supervision in the region of operation
\n\u2022 Develop and nature relationships with the staff at various service delivery channels to effectively handle issues related to quality of clinical services
\n\u2022 Conduct internal clinical supervision at various service delivery channels in the region
\n\u2022 Support the development of action plans in response to these visits and ensure these plans are implemented
\n\u2022 Ensure appropriate management of clinical and product-related incidents at all service delivery sites in the region
\n\u2022 Lead the delivery of the organisation\u2019s capacity building goals in the region with support from the clinical training manager
\n\u2022 Ensure that clinical training needs assessment and competency certification are regularly done for all service providers in the region
\n\u2022 Establish quality control standards in line with the country and organisation\u2019s standards
\n\u2022 Supervise and assess the quality of trainings provided by the organisation and make recommendation for improvement
\n\u2022 Perform any other duties that may come up<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 BSc in Midwifery from a recognised university
\n\u2022 Masters in Midwifery or MPH\/RH Ghana will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Must be registered with a recognised local clinical professional body in Ghana and be of good standing<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 5 years practical experience in supportive clinical supervision and in sexual and reproductive health
\n\u2022 Must have requisite experience in quality assurance, training and competency in service delivery to work with minimum supervision
\n\u2022 Must be computer literate (Microsoft, Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
\n\u2022 Ability to prepare and present training slides and writing training reports
\n\u2022 Ability to give honest, constructive and challenging feedback to people
\n\u2022 Multi-skilled, excellent provider-client interaction skills, including counseling
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of MNCH related trainings, quality control and referrals systems
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal\/communication skills \u2013 both oral and written
\n\u2022 Advanced analytical and organizational skills
\n\u2022 Inspirational, persuasive and collaborative approach to team work
\n\u2022 Sympathetic to women and men seeking family planning and reproductive health services<\/p>\n
