\n\u2022 Check that vehicle is fuelled and in proper running condition before use
\n\u2022 Pick and drop project visitors at the designed areas
\n\u2022 Ensure vehicles are in good working conditions at all times
\n\u2022 Report all damages to fleet officer for necessary action
\n\u2022 Channel all requests for repairs, maintenance and fuel through the Fleet Officer
\n\u2022 Keep daily record of vehicle mileage
\n\u2022 Responsible for the daily maintenance, of vehicle allocated
\n\u2022 Return vehicle to head office, clinic or designated location immediately after approved use
\n\u2022 Assist clinical team in providing service
\n\u2022 Support in community mobilisation
\n\u2022 Support Midwife in registration of clients
\n\u2022 Ensure formal communications with the various health partners are properly documented
\n\u2022 Assist with administrative work when necessary
\n\u2022 Performs other duties as may be assigned by Midwife and or Fleet Officer<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Knowledge in auto mechanic will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Basic knowledge and skills in computer application such as Microsoft Word, excel, power point etc<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Fair written and verbal communication skills
\n\u2022 Must have skills in vehicle care and maintenance
\n\u2022 Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, excel, power point)
\n\u2022 Work experience with Ghana Health Service and or a health related INGO
\n\u2022 Articulate and pays attention to detail
\n\u2022 Must be multi-skilled
\n\u2022 Must have requisite experience in customer relation
\n\u2022 Be pro-choice
\n\u2022 Sympathetic to women and men seeking family planning and reproductive health services
\n\u2022 Be able to work own initiative and at longer periods
\n\u2022 Passionate about maternal health
\n\u2022 Team player and motivates team members to deliver high quality service and results
\n\u2022 Self motivator and able to motivate others to achieve results<\/p>\n
