The Governing body, formulate policies which are implemented by staff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Data Entry Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG) is a voluntary, not for profit organization that undertakes advocacy and service delivery in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in Ghana. PPAG is an NGO and a member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) governed by respectable volunteers. The governing body formulate policies which are implemented by staff. PPAG, a leading provider of information and services, hereby invites result-oriented and committed persons to apply for the following vacant positions to be filled in the Association.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POSITION: DATA ENTRY OFFICER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>LOCATION: KPARIGU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>REPORT TO: FACILITY HEAD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To provide effective and efficient service to clients and record accurate data on services provided<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receives and provide vital statistical services to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Register the clients for service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Enter the relevant data on clients into the computer<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for filing the clients cards after service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Prepares daily report for immediate supervisor\u2019s action.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain proper and accurate documentation system for the clinic<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Annual Work Plan and Performance Appraisal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diploma, A\u2019 Level, O\u2019 Level, SSSCE, WASSCE or its equivalent in any programme with Computer knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE PERSON:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good working knowledge in the use of the computer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Very good interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be honest, transparent and reliable<\/li>\n<li>High sense of responsibility, accuracy and be able to take initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player and able to work for long hours and under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work with little or no supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All interested persons with requisite qualification(s), should kindly send their Application Letters with a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) including two referees their email addresses and cell phone numbers to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Search Committee Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG) P.O.
