\nReporting to:\u00a0Deputy Executive Director<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Proposal development and writing
\n\u2022 Assist in the preparation of research papers for publication and presentation at conferences and workshops and writing of project reports, articles and other documents
\n\u2022 Prepare and review reports, manuals and the \u201cDecentralization Eye\u201d for publication
\n\u2022 Organise data for the preparation of proposals for funding
\n\u2022 Prepare write-ups and conduct interviews for the Decentralisation eye
\n\u2022 Perform any other duties as may be required from time to time<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least 3 years professional experience, preferably in a CSO management, local government environment, international development and development partner sectors
\n\u2022 Knowledge of relevant experience working in the local government sector of Ghana
\n\u2022 Applicants should not be more than 35 years and should be resident in Accra<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal relationship
\n\u2022 Qualitative and quantitative data research and project management
\n\u2022 Good analytical and ICT skills
\n\u2022 Excellent written and oral communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure without committing mistakes<\/p>\n
