\n2. Be an ambassador for SCB\u2019s digital products, promoting these to existing-to-bank (ETB) and new-to-bank (NTB) clients
\n3. Introduce SCB\u2019s digital products to clients and assist with sign-ups
\n4. Direct clients to digital channels and assist with usage
\nAny other duties assigned by Head of Products and Segments and Head of Digital Drive;
\na. Retail Banking digital promotion fulfillment
\nb. Action on fulfillment data shared by the digital analytics team
\nc. Campaign leads management
\nd. Client Care Centre support on digital
\nOur Ideal Candidate
\n1. University degree \/ Higher diploma
\n2. Digitally savvy and up-to-date with digital trends
\n3. Hands-on knowledge of SCB\u2019s digital products and offerings
\n4. Strong client service orientation
\n5. Marketing drive
\n6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
