\n\u2022 Participate in a multi-disciplinary environment in determining the civil \u2013 structural requirements.
\n\u2022 Ensure all construction projects follow building and safety regulations
\n\u2022 Review the work progress on daily basis
\n\u2022 Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
\n\u2022 Will handle specification creation and modification, as well as oversee detailed design.
\n\u2022 Work with reinforced concrete design to include \u2013 Equipment Foundations, Machine Foundations, Concrete Structures, Containment Systems, Plant Buildings, and Marine Structures.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 10-15year\u2019s applicable experience in the consulting sector specifically with civil projects& Construction industry.
\n\u2022 Excellent planning and organisational skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritise workload for self and team
\n\u2022 Ability to win and build credibility at all levels of organisation
\n\u2022 Must be proactive, pragmatic and capable of delivering results
\n\u2022 Must be IT literate and advanced in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.<\/p>\n
