We have had our fair share of experience in multiple sectors like Education, Healthcare, Industrials, FinTech, F&amp;B, Hospitality, Retail, etc. We have had over 450+ clients in the last 5 years alone and continue to expand our client base rapidly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0CFO\/FC <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Profile of<strong>\u00a0CFO\/FC \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>This is a De-facto CFO position with the following responsibilities for One or More client projects.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with Management team for business &amp; financial strategies<\/li>\n<li>Advising Management team of matters related to financial operations &amp; overall business processes<\/li>\n<li>Lead a team of accounting\/ finance professionals in Client Company.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying gaps in current accounting &amp; financial processes and building robust SOPs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide analysis &amp; commentary for Financial Statements \u2013 P&amp;L, CF, BS &amp; Operating MIS.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure creation &amp; adherence to Monthly Cash Flow Plans &amp; Budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Leading the audit process with a Big 4 or large CA firm.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation of internal audit findings.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate with CS for company secretarial activities and board meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience -10+ yrs.<\/p>\n<p>Qualification- CA\/ MBA Finance.<\/p>\n<p>Location \u2013 India\/ UAE\/Middle East\/Africa<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates can forward resumes on anamica.kabra@mycfo.in 02261736709\/+919884630359.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MyCFO (www.MyCFO.in) is a leading service brand for Wealth Tree Advisors, India\u2019s Largest CFO Services organization.
