And we\u2019re just getting started.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Office Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Let\u2019s build the future of transportation together!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Office setup and maintenance:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring our offices are set up professionally and according to the plans;<\/li>\n<li>Management of facilities and organising availability of services in high quality level: internet, cleaning, insurance, security etc.<\/li>\n<li>Kitchen &amp; chill area and the supply of tea, coffee, water, refreshments &amp; snacks are organised in timely manner;<\/li>\n<li>Communication with the landlord and various service providers is done regularly, and office related problems are solved quickly and professionally;<\/li>\n<li>Main contact with the IT vendor to have all the computers and monitor setup before new joiners arrive<\/li>\n<li>Providing monthly reports on office management tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Invoices And Payments<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make the payments for all of the office services and employee needs always making sure that the vendors give the proper invoice and report it to HQ<\/li>\n<li>Ensure invoices are made for every expense made in the office and reporting them to HQ<\/li>\n<li>Tracking expenditure against internal budgets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Events<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists the customer support area and HR organising team events<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the offices has a variety of healthy snacks available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"js-skills-header t-16 t-black--light t-bold\"><strong>Desired Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have previous experience in office management what supports getting involved and effective in this role fast<\/li>\n<li>Have previous work 2+ years of experience dealing with people and documentation, legal, HR or accounting background is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Have a very good attention on details<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent spoken and written in English<\/li>\n<li>Be passionate about new technology and communicating with international team<\/li>\n<li>Be able to multitask, prioritize and focus<\/li>\n<li>Be reliable, punctual, but flexible and creative, friendly and open<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the confidentiality of the information entrusted to you<\/li>\n<li>Be proficient in Gdocs, Gmail, Gcal, Slack &amp; Zoom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Taxify\u00a0is one of the fastest growing startups in the world with over\u00a015M happy customers in 25+ countries, from Europe to Mexico to Africa.
