\nMasters\u2019 Degree or IT professional qualification will be an advantage
\nCredit in Mathematics and English in WASSCE\/SSCE\/O\u2019level
\nMinimum of Ten years\u2019 \u00a0working experience in the financial services industry, out of which Five years must have been spent in a managerial role
\nWork related experience must consist of\u00a0operations and information systems Management<\/strong>\u00a0experience in the financial services industry<\/p>\n
\nEnsure that all members within the region understand and follow existing IT standards.
\nEncouraging full participation of team members within their defined roles and responsibilities.
\nEnsuring that the iterative development process is properly focused and controlled.
\nEnsure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule.
\nMonitoring progress on a day-to-day basis for all team activities.
\nActively contribute to the process of continual improvement, with regard to self, team and systems.
\nEnsure policies on business continuity are strictly adhered to.
\nEnsure proper documentation and source code management and also easy retrieval when required.
\nEnsure proper handover of developed software to support team for deployment and production support.
\nManage and drive third-level support with in country teams.
\nProvide support to third parties on solution on boarding and management.
\nDevelops, recommends and implements long-term and short-term technology plans, budgets and programs that support and align with the strategic objectives of the region and the goals of the business lines, while maximizing the mix of in-house versus outsourced solutions and vendors.<\/p>\n
