Our Governance work supports the governments and leaders of fragile, developing, and emerging states to enhance their effectiveness. We are focused on helping governments and leaders make their vision for the development of their country a reality. We work in the centre of government and key line ministries and our work is shaped by national priorities<\/p>\n

Strategically located with access to West Africa\u2019s 350million population, Ghana is a peaceful country evident by democratic political stability over the last 20 years.\u00a0Investor confidence has grown in recent years following Standard & Poor\u2019s rating of B with a stable outlook from B- with a negative outlook, first in over a decade achieved through strong monetary and fiscal policies.<\/p>\n

The Government of Ghana has a vision of a \u2018Ghana Beyond Aid\u2019 through value addition of its natural resources. It has restored macro-economic stability and strong growth performance and has made a bold and public declaration to accelerate industrialization, particularly through vertically integrated value addition with Ghana\u2019s agriculture products and rich deposits of mineral reserves, particularly gold, bauxite, iron ore, manganese and lithium. This is in addition to a range of other investment opportunities in key national infrastructure, vehicle manufacture, pharmaceutical, garment, technology, petrochemical, retail, tourism, energy and Agro-processing industries.<\/p>\n

In support of this agenda, TBI is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join\u00a0a new and evolving TBI Ghana team consisting of experienced Country Head, Advisors & Analysts providing embedded support at the Presidency and to key economic institutions of government. Your analytical and research skills will underpin our work in support of the government\u2019s\u00a0drive to implement policies and drive implementation of flagship programs, attract FDI, industrialize the economy; generate exports and create jobs.<\/p>\n
