\u00a0Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title: Sales Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overall accountable for the success of all out \u2013 door events.<\/p>\n

Collaborates with the Head, Auto in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.<\/p>\n

Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company\u2019s products.<\/p>\n

Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top decision-makers.<\/p>\n

Performs sales activities on key accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with the Head \u2013 Auto.<\/p>\n

Manages day to day activities and development of sales staff.<\/p>\n

Assists in formulation of all sales policies, practices and procedures and ensures that such policies are adhered to.<\/p>\n

Collaborates with Business Head, Auto to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade showexpenses.<\/p>\n

Holds regular meeting with sales staff and provide feedback to Head, Auto.<\/p>\n

Attain sales targets.<\/p>\n

Provide marketing intelligence to the Company.<\/p>\n

Facilitate submission of tenders and provide reports on all submitted tenders.<\/p>\n

Submit monthly Action Plans and Tactical reports on a quarterly and monthly basis.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Ensure reporting deadlines are met.<\/p>\n

Retain all customers.<\/p>\n

Increase brand visibility and awareness.<\/p>\n

Address sales team needs.<\/p>\n

Manage costs for the Sales department.<\/p>\n

Ensure that Company\/Sales vehicles are presentable at all times.<\/p>\n

Respond to customer complains within 24 hours from the time such a complaint is raised.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Vehicle invoicing.<\/p>\n

Carry out any other duties as directed by superiors.<\/p>\n

Valid Driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n

Diploma\/Degree in Sales & Marketing.\u00a0
