\nUpload the inspection data and activities in the CMMS to facilitate the Maintenance Department in planning and scheduling future inspection activities.
\nFollow up with Maintenance Planning to ensure the inspection activities as established by RBI are scheduled.
\nMaintain the inspection\/corrosion management plan as per the Corporate philosophy for the Ghanaian Facilities.
\nCoordinate with all facilities the schedule of planned\/unplanned monitoring and inspection.
\nSupervise the on-stream and shutdown inspection activities for stationary equipment, piping systems and pressure relieving devices by assessing deterioration mechanisms, corrosion monitoring and investigation of failures.
\nEnsure that regular inspections and surveys are conducted across facilities to ensure that corrosion levels are not impacting the original design basis for equipment.
\nMonitor safe operational windows as per RBI guidelines.
\nReview all inspection and equipment failure reports to ensure the appropriate action is taken for corrosion\/erosion related items.<\/p>\n
