\n\u2022 Assist the Project Manager and Team Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans.
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement appropriate configuration management procedures
\n\u2022 Co-ordinate the production of all reports and produce project summary reports.
\n\u2022 Set up and maintain systems for recording project costs.
\n\u2022 Define and document procedures in accordance with agreed methodology
\n\u2022 Advise and assist project team members in the application of project procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards.
\n\u2022 Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records.
\n\u2022 Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the project teams.
\n\u2022 Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the Project Manager.<\/p>\n
