World Vision has been working with urban and rural communities in all the 10 Regions of Ghana to improve provision of water, promote sanitation and hygiene practices and quality education.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><em>World Vision is looking for highly qualified and motivated persons for the position of Recruitment and Compensation Manager at the Head Office.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To provide technical support to World Vision Ghana strategy by designing, monitoring and implementing Recruiting and Compensation policies and procedures, which ensure the attraction, motivation and retention of competent<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interface with hiring managers on recruitment of new hires to fill organizational vacancies<\/li>\n<li>Devise appropriate selection methods for candidate selection and prepare selection report and ensure recruitment is done in accordance with labour law<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and administer all salaries and benefits<\/li>\n<li>Administer all staff boarding, promotions and contract updates<\/li>\n<li>Prepare HR forecast and plans to address staffing needs of the National Office<\/li>\n<li>Develop and review reward, recognition and incentive programs for staff<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with labour institutions and other relevant bodies to ensure that our labour practices are in alignment with the national employment practices and ILO conventions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Human Resource Management or Social Science or Management or Public Admin or related field<\/li>\n<li>Five years working experience in Human Resource Management<\/li>\n<li>MBA in HRM or MA in Management preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence groups and individuals<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build collaborative relationships<\/li>\n<li>Computer knowledge<\/li>\n<li>The preferred candidate must be a committed Christian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Interested applicants who meet the above criteria should send their application letters and CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Ghana@wvi.org\">Ghana@wvi.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>As a Child focused organization, World Vision is committed to the protection of children and does not employ staff whose background is not suitable for working with children.
