Fast, convenient and affordable for everyone, as transport should be.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are expanding in Ghana and we are looking for a driven\u00a0<strong>Operations Manager in Kumasi<\/strong>, who can sort up the supply, support the demand and grow Taxify further.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s build the future of transportation together!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Be Doing<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define, implement and optimise local\u00a0<strong>operational processes<\/strong>\u00a0and procedures<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage a team of Operations Specialists\u00a0<\/strong>to ensure we constantly increase our supply base<\/li>\n<li><strong>Figure out the logistics<\/strong>\u00a0of how many drivers are needed where and when<\/li>\n<li>Design and execute strategies to\u00a0<strong>i<\/strong><strong>ncrease driver\u2019s engagement and loyalty while reducing churn rate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Develop\u00a0<strong>complex analytical models and reporting systems\u00a0<\/strong>at city and country level<\/li>\n<li>Actively support the\u00a0<strong>expansion<\/strong>\u00a0through the rest of the country<\/li>\n<li><strong>Establish partnerships<\/strong>\u00a0with local fleet owners and other relevant entities<\/li>\n<li>Advise and closely\u00a0<strong>collaborate with HQ teams<\/strong>\u00a0such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"js-skills-header t-16 t-black--light t-bold\"><strong>Desired Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Have\u00a0<strong>4 years experience in an analytical position<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Have a<strong>\u00a0data-driven analytical mindse<\/strong>t (great Excel skills)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amazing negotiation and comunication skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Be a hustler,<\/strong>\u00a0not stopping after 20 obstacles a day<\/li>\n<li><strong>Have a Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong>\u00a0in Economics, Finance or other analytical subject<\/li>\n<li>Be passionate about\u00a0<strong>new technologies and ridesharing<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll Get Extra Credit For<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in\u00a0<strong>sharing economy, tech business, transport industry<\/strong>, startup or dynamic high-growth company<\/li>\n<li>Experience in\u00a0<strong>product launches or running a business<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Taxify is one of the\u00a0fastest growing startups in the world\u00a0with over\u00a015M happy customers\u00a0in\u00a025+ countries, from Europe to Mexico to Africa.
