At Dexis, you will experience a culture of inclusiveness, fairness, and trust.<\/p>\n<p>Dexis Consulting Group is recruiting for experienced technical and project management specialists with local expertise for an anticipated five-year USAID program in Ghana focusing on the agricultural sector.<em>Positions are contingent upon award.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Areas of Expertise <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agriculture<\/li>\n<li>Capacity building<\/li>\n<li>Communications<\/li>\n<li>Finance and investment<\/li>\n<li>Grants and subcontract management<\/li>\n<li>Market Access and agribusiness<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Nutrition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of five years\u2019 experience in one or more of the specified areas of expertise<\/li>\n<li>Strong entrepreneurial, management, and communications skills<\/li>\n<li>English fluency (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working on international and\/or USAID-funded programs<\/li>\n<li>College degree or equivalent strongly preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At Dexis, staff are empowered to be part of the decision-making process and collaborate with colleagues and management across the company to satisfy our clients.
