Food offers include alliances with both local\/regional partners and in house formats.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>\u00a0<\/i>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Food Services Category Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Principal Accountabilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Define and develop strategic category plans for food offers;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market\/consumer and competitor behaviour, propose and develop alternative responses with regard to food offers;<\/li>\n<li>Optimise and qualitatively enhance portfolio of food partners to maximize value to consumers, retailers and Vivo Energy;<\/li>\n<li>Management and coordination of all and any food project related initiatives such as new outlet launch and refurbishments<\/li>\n<li>Ensure local compliance to Health, Safety, Security and Environment standards, especially regarding food handling procedures, shelf life specifications, storage, handling and care of product<\/li>\n<li>Work with partners to develop, publish and implement both Training and Operations manuals for all new and existing food outlets<\/li>\n<li>Development of in house food concepts in Refresh and Core formats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experiences<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in Food Services is essential<\/li>\n<li>People management and strong project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary education in Food &amp; Beverage Management\/Purchasing\/Retail\/Marketing\/Financial Management is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Strong Knowledge and understanding of food operations and franchise management<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills and track record in delivering results through others<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of partner negotiations and trading terms<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of financial planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested Applicants should apply by sending; CV, motivation letter and scanned supporting documents, in one document to email OP-Recruitment-Ghana@vivoenergy.com not later than 4th February 2019.
