\n\u2022 Develop strategies to coordinate emergency response programmes between the school and inter-governmental agencies including evacuation procedure and signaling and early waning systems
\n\u2022 Coordinate regional and district safety programmes including supervision\/assessment of general building conditions, site based emergency response programmes and facilitate school based safety and security educational programmes
\n\u2022 Develop guidelines for the disposal of unneeded chemicals, pesticide application and verify licenses of applicators delivering services on school grounds
\n\u2022 Plan and organise yearly safety audit in consultation with emergency service providers
\n\u2022 Investigate safety issues, advised on insurance policies for students, workers, facilities and ensure compliance with insurance company recommendations<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 10 years of post qualification relevant working experience<\/p>\n
