\n\u2022 Liaise with other public agencies such as the Audit Service, commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice, Public Sector reforms secretariat to monitor the introduction of management and leadership reforms in the various sectors of education
\n\u2022 Develop guidelines and standards for innovation, improved leadership and corporate governance
\n\u2022 Establish a database for tracking license acquisition and other professional development programs for workers in educational institutions
\n\u2022 Establish a portfolio of plans and projects with the view of addressing special interest and\/or inadequacies in schools management, leadership, improved accountability and capacity development
\n\u2022 Initiate the formulation and review of laws and policies based on successful models and best practices for schools management and accountability<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 10 years post qualification relevant working experience<\/p>\n
