\n\u2022 Ensure the preparation and submission of relevant reports on the operations of the corporate to the Board
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain a management culture that will foster cooperation, commitment, efficiency, accountability, productivity and healthy labour relations
\n\u2022 Develop and implement systems and methods for effective monitoring and control of activities of the corporation and
\n\u2022 Any other relevant duties\/responsibilities that may be assigned by the Board<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 The successful candidate should be able to serve a term of 4 years before he\/she attains the compulsory retirement age of 60<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Demonstrable knowledge of the Print Media
\n\u2022 Demonstration of creativity and good business acumen
\n\u2022 Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
\n\u2022 Excellent administrative and supervisory skills
\n\u2022 Good team player
\n\u2022 Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Proficiency in computer and software application
\n\u2022 Conversant with the Financial Administration Act, the Public Procurement Act, the internal audit agency act, the National Media Commission Act and the 1992 Constitution
\n\u2022 Excellent marketing orientation and good knowledge of Media networks, particularly the Print media<\/p>\n
