the planning, selling and merchandising of Nestl\u00e9 products in all relevant outlets\u00a0 in order to achieve approved sales, profit and volume objectives in the assigned territory through the training, coaching and management of\u00a0 Distributor sales team and other secondary sales force in assigned territory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Field Sales Supervisor \u2013 Accra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>A day in the life of\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring product Availability, Visibility and Accessibility in priority outlets in assigned sales territory through the execution of the Territory Sales Plan and Merchandising Guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Training the secondary sales force on In-Call Execution and carry out regular field coaching of the various sales roles.<\/li>\n<li>Completing the necessary documentation after field coaching<\/li>\n<li>Identifying the training needs of the Secondary sales force during field coaching and address them in conjunction with the Sales Performance Development Team.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating Cycle activities to the secondary sales force promptly and guide\u00a0 them to achieve their quantitative and qualitative targets<\/li>\n<li>Providing regular, quality and on-time information on demand forecast by customers, report on market dynamics, competitor activities to Sales Management<\/li>\n<li>Assisting distributors in the recruitment of their Secondary Sales Force Personnel \u2013 Van sales personnel, Open Market Personnel, Tricycle Sales Personnel,Etc<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and exploit sales and promotional opportunities for Nestl\u00e9 products in assigned territory<\/li>\n<li>Establishing coverage plan for Distributor and develop route and journey plan for secondary sales force and ensure compliance<\/li>\n<li>Managing damaged\/expired products according to the Goods Returns Policy<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring retailers in assigned territory practice FEFO<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the prompt distribution and deployment of POS materials to priority retail outlets<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out accurate and timely sales administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What Will Make You Successful?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 of experience in Field Sales Management<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to motivate, train and coach
