{"id":35895,"date":"2019-02-04T12:05:54","date_gmt":"2019-02-04T12:05:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=35895"},"modified":"2019-02-04T12:05:54","modified_gmt":"2019-02-04T12:05:54","slug":"mtn-ghana-vacancies-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/mtn-ghana-vacancies-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN Ghana Vacancies 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for the implementation of a unified marketing mix including but not limited to end-to-end product development, segment management, marketing services and delivery of positive customer experience by managing internal and external resources, across functions, from consumer insights through to launch and post-launch improvements in line with the Enterprise Business Unit\u2019s strategy and objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Manager, EB Product Planning &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the relevant and targeted marketing strategies for each segment ( Fixed, Public \/Govt , SME, LCA, Digital etc)<\/li>\n<li>Develop &amp; launch new products, taking into account the full marketing mix<\/li>\n<li>Manage existing products to ensure optimal performance is derived ( Promos\/Offers, improvements, bundling, retirement\u00a0 etc)<\/li>\n<li>Plan &amp; deliver product and services which meet specified performance and cost criteria as per the approved business case ,development budget and IBP\/commercial\u00a0 timetable<\/li>\n<li>Select, manage and maintain relationships with high quality, professional service providers<\/li>\n<li>Create product road map in coordination with EBD sales, Consumer Marketing &amp; Marketing services, NWG, IT and other relevant functions<\/li>\n<li>Act as a catalyst in fuelling an innovative culture within the Enterprise Business Unit<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relevant support ( Go To Market, Creative development, PCD, Research and Analytics , Marketing services etc )<\/li>\n<li>Ensure commercial plan execution is on time and quality matrices have been adhered to<\/li>\n<li>Ensure new products comply with MTN\u2019s revenue assurance recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Plan and track OPEX spend according to agreed divisional budget.<\/li>\n<li>Manage segment\u00a0\u00a0 ( Churn, revenue, segment\u00a0 performance, revenue, ARPU , usage , customer insights\u00a0 etc , )<\/li>\n<li>Drive innovative ways to create a positive customer experience and deliver optimum NPS ratings<\/li>\n<li>Implement annual pricing strategies for each product line to meet pricing targets while ensuring market competitiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Undertake other assignments as may be assigned by immediate Supervisor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in B.Com, BSc Engineering or an equivalent Business qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in IT in the Telecom Industry.
