\n\u2022Ensure the reporting of financial and strategic plans to the Board and other key stakeholders
\n\u2022Lead the identification of new business opportunities in order to diversify the Company\u2019s sources of revenue
\n\u2022Propose yearly budgets for Board approval and ensure the prudent management of resources within agreed guidelines
\n\u2022Ensure that the company achieves set financial performance goals including profit, market share and investments
\n\u2022Ensure that competent people are in critical roles within the company and establishes a process for continuous people development
