\n\u2022 Provide input as required by the F&AM to prepare monthly cashbook, forecasting, expenditure and budget tracking
\n\u2022 Prepare forecasts for project and grant activities in collaboration with team members
\n\u2022 Track monthly project expenditure and report performance against the agreed plan as well as update of the programme budget tracking tool
\n\u2022 Collect and analyse data needed to report against value for Money (VFM) indicators<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Conduct expenditure verifications and spot checks on grant expenditure
\n\u2022 Lead implementation of audit recommendations relating to project finance management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Provide guidance to grant partners on grant requirements, including financial reporting and eligible expenditure
\n\u2022 Review and approve budgets and financial reports submitted by grant partners
\n\u2022 Conduct expenditure verification of grant partner financial reports and approve fund requests and invoices<\/p>\n
