Job Title: Regional Sales Manager \u2013 North (Kumasi)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location: Ghana<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Regional Sales Manager will lead CD resources in Northern Ghana to achieve growth targets by guiding the team to leverage quarterly operator and distributor initiatives to grow with existing customers and expand reach to customers. This role will require development and execution of annual plans aligned to both the strategic agendas of key accounts and Field Sales.<\/p>\n

Main Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Leading, coaching and developing CD team within geography<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Strategically targeting and executing new business prospects (Operator, 70% of time and Distributor, 30% of time)<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Full execution of Annual Operating Plan and quarterly initiatives<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lead and train team to expand reach to Regional Distributor Chains<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Cultivating relationships with distributors to better promote Upfield products<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lead and train team to partner with restaurant executives and chefs to develop and grow their business<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lead and train team to partner with Distributor to accelerate their market growth through training & collaborating with their Sales teams and executing marketing programs.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Manage Trade funds\u2019 investments (Distributor Marketing Programs & Operator Purchase Programs)<\/p>\n

Skills, experience and qualifications: \u2013<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 5+ years sales experience in foodservice or equivalent required<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3+ years of people management experience<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Sales Analysis and Branded Executional Experience<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Proven track record of sales growth<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 High Degree of Business & financial acumen and a Continuous Improvement Mindset<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Experience in Sales Analysis and Disciplined execution<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Inspirational leadership and coaching skills<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Ability to develop senior-level customer relationships and an experienced negotiator\u00a0 (trade and operator)<\/p>\n
