{"id":36048,"date":"2019-02-12T13:41:52","date_gmt":"2019-02-12T13:41:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=36048"},"modified":"2019-02-12T13:41:52","modified_gmt":"2019-02-12T13:41:52","slug":"robert-bosch-ghana-limited-vacancies-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/robert-bosch-ghana-limited-vacancies-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"Robert Bosch Ghana Limited Vacancies 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Represent Bosch Automotive Aftermarket in defined countries\/ markets and assigned customer portfolio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve sales target and overall management of activies with related customer portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for payment collection for assigned customer portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Research for market information: key players by product range, market volumes<\/li>\n<li>Research for potential new customers and\/or local partners<\/li>\n<li>Promotion of automotive aftermarket business range(Parts, Bytes &amp; Service) towards business partner\/ customers<\/li>\n<li>Collection and management of customer claims<\/li>\n<li>Support project development and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Support in event organisation and promotion<\/li>\n<li>Consultancy to partners: ensuring of sales competences at partner level,assist partner in overcoming structual weaknesses<\/li>\n<li>Systematic introduction of new products into the market<\/li>\n<li>Regular customer visits<\/li>\n<li>Reporting\u00a0to\u00a0the Regional Director for Automotive Aftermarket division<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in marketing, business administration or its equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position in a multinational company<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with high attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and able to multitasks; proactive, \u201ccan do attitude\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, powerpoint<\/li>\n<li>Strong entrepreneurial mindset<\/li>\n<li>Strong coordination skills &amp; target orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Language: Fluent English &amp;\u00a0<strong>French<\/strong>\u00a0(speaking &amp; writing); German is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Technical understanding of the automotive industry is a plus<\/li>\n<li>High efficiency on time management, ability to build sustainable relationships<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel frequently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Represent Bosch Automotive Aftermarket in defined countries\/ markets and assigned customer portfolio.
