Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: OHLGS 2, Procurement Officers<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Purpose: To provide technical advice in the development and implementation of organizational\u00a0 procurement plans within the existing procurement laws and practices of the Local Government\u00a0 Service.<\/p>\n A. Assistant Procurement Officers<\/strong><\/p>\n Accountability:<\/strong><\/p>\n The Assistant Procurement Officer shall report to the Head of Department\/Unit.<\/p>\n Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Procurement Management or Logistics and Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.<\/p>\n Remuneration:<\/strong><\/p>\n The Assistant Procurement Officer is a graduate (first degree) entry position with salary level SSSP 16L and other attractive fringe benefits.<\/p>\n B. Procurement Assistants<\/strong><\/p>\n Accountability:<\/strong><\/p>\n The Procurement Assistant shall report to the Head of Department\/Unit.<\/p>\n Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n Diploma\/HND in Purchasing and Supply or its equivalence;<\/p>\n Remuneration:<\/strong><\/p>\n The Senior Procurement Assistant is a Diploma\/HND entry position with salary level\u00a0 SSSP 15L and other attractive fringe benefits.<\/p>\n Please note:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1) Applicants for positions OHLGS 1-OHLGS 9 must have completed the mandatory National Service.
