\n\u2022 above reproach and must exhibit a high sense of industry, leadership qualities and organisational skills, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 a member of a recognised professional (Accountancy\/Auditing) body (ICA\/ACCA\/CIMA\/CA\/CPA, etc) possession of a master\u2019s degree preferably, MBA\/MSc. in Accounting\/Finance would be an advantage
\n\u2022 S\/he must also have
\n\u2022 Considerable experience in corporate governance
\n\u2022 Served in a university or an analogous institution, or a in a reputable and recognised practising firm, industry, commerce and or public sector in a management position
\n\u2022 a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience
\n\u2022 a minimum of 12 years post-professional qualification experience<\/p>\n
