Person should have professional maturity to understand all accounting necessities of the company and all reports required by management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform general accounting functions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial reports for management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare budgets for management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare costings for management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare cashflow statements for management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Profit &amp; Loss accounts for management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Balance Sheets for management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare VAT returns , WHT<\/li>\n<li>Prepare future projections for management.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse situation and compare to previously prepared projections and point out differentials. Investigate differences between projections and actuals and report these.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to perform internal pre-auditing to perfect accounts for external auditors.<\/li>\n<li>Full knowledge of TALLY.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc Accounting\/BCom or related Finance program from an accredited academic institution.<\/li>\n<li>7 years of financial \/ accounting responsibilities in Real Estate\/ Construction Industry.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office and more in depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills both written and oral.<\/li>\n<li>Hard working<\/li>\n<li>Disciplined<\/li>\n<li>Creative<\/li>\n<li>Able to find solutions<\/li>\n<li>Progressive<\/li>\n<li>Team Leader<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Will be of added value:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Postgraduate qualification in Finance\/Commerce.<\/li>\n<li>Real estate \/ Construction Industry<\/li>\n<li>Cost accountant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Availability<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Availability to join ASAP.<\/li>\n<li>Availability to work in Accra, Ghana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please include a personal statement as well as CV.<\/p>\n<p><strong>info@thegreensgh.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deadline for applications: 28 February 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Candidate will manage companies accounting needs.
