Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Account Clerks<\/strong><\/p>\n Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties among others:<\/p>\n \u2022 Perform accounting and clerical duties in the Finance Division Qualification required & experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Applicants must possess a minimum of WASSCE\/SSSCE\/GCE Ordinary Level\/General Business Examination Certificate with credits in at least five (5) subjects, including English Language, Mathematics and Finance\/Cost Accounting. \n\u2022 Type, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
\n\u2022 Prepare bank deposit slips, general ledger postings and statements
\n\u2022 Enter financial transactions in database daily
\n\u2022 Provide assistance and support to Finance personnel.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Any additional certification in a relevant area will be an added advantage.
\n\u2022 In addition, applicants must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of MS Excel.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good communication skills
\n\u2022 Integrity and the ability to act responsibly and ethically
\n\u2022 Accuracy in accounting computations and data entry
\n\u2022 Strong people skills, a polite and professional demeanor.<\/p>\n
