Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful applicant will report to the Head of the Legal Unit and will be required to perform the following duties among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft\/review contracts and other legal documents.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research on legal issues.<\/li>\n<li>Representing the Council in court and before quasi-judicial bodies.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a member of staff Investigation Committees.<\/li>\n<li>Providing support to the Head of the Legal unit and other divisions\/departments to achieve the Council\u2019s objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Performing other duties that may be assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must hold a good First Degree (Minimum, Second Class Lower) from a\u00a0recognized University, professional\u00a0 qualification in law and be a practicing<br \/>\nadvocate in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must have at least three (3) years relevant post qualification work experience in a reputable institution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants are requested to pick applications forms from the Council&#8217;s Headquarters at Okponglo , adjacent to National Identification Authority , around Tetteh Quarshie Interchange, Accra or the Ghana National Office near the Ridge Hospital<\/p>\n<p>Candidates may also download from the Council&#8217;s website at the following address below<\/p>\n<p>Completed application forms should be directed to the following address.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Registrar,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thru&#8217;
